Junior Cert Schools Programme:

This programme provides us with a framework to ensure that students enjoy positive experiences of the Junior Certificate. This is achieved through a creative broad-based curriculum and a teaching style that emphasises success at an early stage. Literacy and numeracy skills are developed throughout the programme and this enables students achieve success in the Junior Certificate.

Transition Year:

This is a one year course open to all students upon completion of their Junior Certificate. Students get to experience the full range of senior cycle subjects, thus enabling them make informed decisions regarding subject choices for their Leaving Certificate the following year. There is a large emphasis placed on personal development and students are encouraged, supported and challenged to involve themselves in a wide variety of activities, both in and out of the classroom.

Leaving Cert Applied:

This is an alternative two year Senior Cycle course. It has an academic dimension in the main subject areas but has the added advantage of providing students with a practical and comprehensive preparation for the world of work. There is an emphasis on continuous assessment over the course of the two years which helps to keep students engaged and focused.
